I recently upgraded my entire system; and installed version 8.0.

I had version 6 running smoothly on a previous O/S installation.

However, version 8.0 consistantly gives me a page fault stop error 50 with parameters 0xe58089e0 in ati2dvi.dll (video card related driver) when I select files-properties.

Has anyone else seen this problem.  Am I reporting the bug in the correct forum?  How do I acquire version 7.2 as an alternative?

Be sure you install the full version of the latest build of 8.0.

Try updating your video driver.

You can copy your system info from MJ Help and paste it here.

Thanks for your assistance, Jim.

I have the latest video driver.  I just tackled getting my DVD playback functioning; and this was the first obvious step.  I just retried version 6; and it blows up with the same error immediately when it starts up.  This is strange; because it was working before I tackled the DVD.  What could the application possibly be doing when it does a File-Properties in version 8 and starts up in version 6?  Is there anything I can disable.  I tried CDDB.  I would just like to edit the album and artist fields for my windows media files.

The Media Jukebox version I tried was the one available for download this morning.  Are their any bug fixes/patches available?
