the confusion is, i think, that maid is using a skin with the old player bar (as do i, i like that more in coverview because it has the search there). the old player shows a toolbar with file, view and player. under player there is seek. i dont think you can find that anywhere on the new playerbar.
Mt question is, Can I modify the top menu File view Player etc and put a shortcut to the rewind?
you can not modify that menu. you can modify the toolbar in standardview, but there are no seek shortcuts there as far as i see, and the modifications wont be showing up on the playerbar (wich is a bit of a pitty, would be nice to have my rotate buttons there).
