I just got finished installing a new HDHomerun and I am trying to set it up to run with MC.  When I try to download MC2XML from the Wiki link, the redirect tells me that the account is suspended.  So I have three questions.

1.) Is this the only option for an EPG in MC?  If not what are the others and where can I find them?
2.) If this is not the only option is it the best choice?
3.) If MC2XML is the way to go, would someone be kind enough to send me the files I need to get this running since I can't download it from the source at this time?
