How to registered Media Center 15 on Win7/64bit ?
« on: November 07, 2010, 12:10:34 am »

When i try to install the Activation-Key, the Win7-System says, this 16bit Software does'nt work on my 64bit Platform.
I have payed with Pay-Pal and i found, this Payment works very easy with a high Safety (only with the Keytool).

Is anyone there, who can help me ?

And sorry, i can't write many Words in english, but i try to read your writing.

The second Problem are the Playing with Asio-Driver.
Does it work only under the registered MC 15 ?
My Soundcard (ESI-Juli@) runs very well underneath Asio-Driver in other Applications.

Some Greetings,

Welcome to Interact.  I'm sorry you're having trouble.  MC runs fine on Win64.  We use it for development.

Where are you in the process when you get that message?

The installation of the license is automatic and should occur as you complete the purchase.

Try using your Registration Code on this page:
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi

If that doesn't work, use IE as your browser and try again.  Go slowly and read carefully.

Thank you for your Answer.
It is really the Browser. I use Opera but Mozilla does it real fine.
My Media Center is now registered.

But the Playing out by Digital-Output doesn't work with Asio Driver Mode.
When ever i try, uses the Wave-Out Channel.
All other Modes are running fine over digital Out.

Is here anywhere one Tread, where i can read, how to install the running Asio-Mode on Media Center 15 ?
