Brand new Jukebox user here.

I'm trying to import my library but it seems many music files are not being recognized.

These missed music files are typically inside folders that are inside other folders.
For instance: I have a folder named "Classical Music" and inside I have 10 folders each under a composer's name.
Inside those more folders named after various symphonies. Inside those I have the actual mp3, flac, etc music files.

It seems that Jukebox is reading the outer folder(s), seeing no 'files' it recognizes as music (mp3, flac, etc) then moving on.

Any suggestions?

Media Jukebox will read all the files and the folders if that's what you've told it to do.  Check your auto import options.

What you describe is not the usual behavior.
