Invalid license, error code=22

Hi there,

"Invalid license, error code=22"

I have this message when I try to activate my license with a recent 'Media Center16-146151.mjr' file:
- by clicking the .mjr file
- or in with MC15.

Can someone help me ?

Do you have MC15 installed on that PC?  Is it up to date?  15.0.172 is on the download page.

Uninstall any versions obtained from sites other than JRiver.

Also, the mjr file (Install Key) is only good for 14 days.  After that, you need to use your Registration Code on the Restore Page.  See the Purchase link above.
