Library appears empty on network BD player
« on: January 14, 2011, 04:12:50 pm »

I have a DLNA enabled BD player (LG BD570) that I use to play music from my MC15 library on my PC.  Today when I went to play music on the BD player, I was able to select the server, and see the top folders (audio, images, video, playlists), but when I selected audio, the screen said "empty." I verified MC15 was running on my PC, and it was. I restarted MC. The BD still would not see any of my music. I power cycled the BD. Nothing. Even reboot my PC and network switch.  Still nothing. It worked yesterday. Any ideas what's going on?

Running MC 15.0.172 on Windows 7 Professional.

Did you update anything since it was working?

The only thing I can think of that has changed is  that I moved my library to a different drive on my PC. All the files show up in MC and I can play them, so the library should appear on the remote device.

This was solved by uninstalling and reinstalling MC15 on my PC. Not sure if something got corrupted, or if I changed some setting and couldn't figure out what that was. Wish I didn't have to reinstall, but it works now.
