Webremote and IR Blasters

Is it possible to use webremote to control IR Blasters?  For example, I have an USB-uirt which I control the power on/off and volume on my stereo receiver.

Not at this time in MC.  Our Media Center Remote (ad above) can do this.

That is all I really need to control media center and my stereo receive with one of the new android tablets coming out this summer.  Currently, I use netremote and girder.
