How do you copy the field Sequence to another field?

I want to copy the contents of the sequence field to the field Period, so that a friend of mine can use the same order in his database.

However: the Sequence-field is not listed in the drop-down-box of the Move/copy Fields dialogue-box.
Is there another way to do this?

That crossed my mind just awhile ago. And then export it, you mean? Will the imported playlist have the same order then?
