MC15 CPU Hogging
« on: February 21, 2011, 02:24:51 am »

I am troubled by a problem in my installation of MC15 on Win 7 x64.
MC15 is using 100% of a CPU.  This is true with or without playing anything, when not running any import or update, without DLNA servers.
It happens on one machine and not another.
I have removed and re-installed.
The machine that is running hot is a dedicated music player with minimal Services and other applications.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this?

Make sure any LAN drives are spinning before you start MC.  A problem like this is fixed in MC16.

The NAS is spinning.
MC15 will keep hogging the CPU indefinitely until it is killed.
Here's hoping for MC16!
