Media Jukebox not configured properly.......
« on: April 01, 2003, 03:44:35 am »

I'm getting and error in v8.0.394 that states "media jukebox is not configured properly for the current user...please re-install......".  it only happens when i try to use the application on an account other than the one it was installed with on windows xp home edition.  just wondering if there is any kind of fix for this.  i know that it is because it doesnt write registry keys for all users on windows xp, but even when i manually create the keys (identical to the key from the working account), there are still alot of errors.  please let me know if there are any fixes for this.

Can you install from more than user account without messing up the other installation?

Sure, as long as you install in the same location. But keep in mind that all users will share the same library and changes made by one will be seen by all (unless you set up a library for each user...I believe this can be done...haven't actually done it but have procedure worked out in my brick).
