FEATURE REQUEST: Add http video stream as TV Channel

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if this would be possible? BigPond in Oz offer some great Video over web and, while I have these "Channels" integrated as a Library Item in Theater View, it would be great to be able to add them as a "Channel" in the TV settings, assign them a channel number etc.
