Add & Save A Field In A Playlist

My wife is still working on creating and organizing several music playlists for an upcoming party. We have need for a 'Notes' column in each of the playlists. I have added the Notes Field to several of her playlists. The problem is that when we close and then reopen MC the field column no longer shows in the playlist. I can add it back in and the data that was previously entered for Notes still shows. But I can't seem to save the playlist with the notes field showing.

This seems like it should be a really simple thing to do so I must be missing something very basic here. I should mention that all media is stored on our Windows Home Server and she is doing her work on a Client. Client syncing is enabled and does work for the creation of the playslists.

If you're using Library Server, try adding the column there.
