jerky video [Solved by rebooting]
« on: July 29, 2011, 01:33:06 am »

I had jerky video back on 16.0.135 but did not report it because I saw you were working on stuff that sounded like it might fix it.

Just updated to 16.0.141 and problem remains and is perhaps worse.

XP, RO standard, VideoClock off

XviD, h264 MKV, h264 MP4, FLV, DVD (and perhaps others I did not test) all behave the same. Audio is fine but video plays .5-1 sec then jumps, plays .5-1 sec then jumps,...

Effect is very pronounced, video is unwatchable.

Local drives and network drives behave the same.

VLC plays everything smoothly.

Still jerky (no change) with audio buffer at .10.
