 I need help. Please. I have been using MC15 for a long time and even upgraded to MC16. I get crashes all the time. I un-installed MC16 and went back to MC15 and the same problem.       Event Name:   APPCRASH

Try reinstalling your license.

The MC15 does not even open. It crashes before I can open it. There is no way I can re-install my licence

Please try a complete uninstall (including settings and the library), and then install the latest Media Center 16.  Be sure to download from JRiver.
