Restoring 16 Problem
« on: December 05, 2011, 01:19:19 pm »

I just reinstalled Windows and I am trying to restore MC 16.  I tried to use the backup license that I have saved.  It didn't work.  I went online to restore fronm there.  It didn't work.  It said that I did not have 16 but I had a license for 15.  I tried that.  It didn't work.  What's goin on?  How do I do restore 16?

Do you have MC16 installed?  Is that the license you have?  They have to match.

yes, I was a part of the sweet 16.  I installed the final release of 16.  It was up and running fine.

You have an MC15 license under one e-mail
bj*@yahoo.com
and an MC16 license under
tu*@yahoo.com

I can change one.  Which is your correct address (1 or 2)?
