Bink Video?
« on: January 16, 2012, 07:16:30 pm »

Just throwing this one out there... has anyone gotten bink video to work with MC?

It's a bit of an esoteric format, but a lot of PC games use the format for full motion video. There was a directshow filter called RadGtSplitter which I never managed to get working with MC on windows 7.

I'm not great with custom video codecs/filters, and there's obviously no Red October support for this, but just wondering on the off-chance if anyone had gotten it working.

LAV Splitter and LAV Video/Audio happily support it, MC17 would just need to be told somehow that it should use it.

You're kidding, right? Thank you! 24 hour turnaround on a request I thought no one would know about... not a bad effort.

Confirmed - works in the .69 build.
