Display settings confusion

I have lost settings, Which settings do I start with and what should they be set on?

Mc settings 1920x1080x32x59 for NTSC

Pal 1920x1080x32x50

Provided you have the "Enable Automatic Display Setting changing checked, it doesn't matter what your NVIDIA card is set to.

Set the two FILM settings to 24.  Your proposed settings for NTSC and PAL are OK.  Strictly, PAL should be set to 25 but an exact multiple is fine.  I'm not sure what VideoClock makes of this.
