Is Ceton supported yet in 17 and if not is their a timeline on when or if that might happen?

I really don't get why non-potected content from cable tuners is not supported. WMC's DVR feature could be used. Sage provided that level of support Myth does. For me it keeps JR MC as a curiousity.
