I frequently see cover art get lost on individual tracks while playing them via library server.  It tends to happen when I play the same song repeatedly.  The only way I have found to fix it is to login to the server MC and remove then quick find the cover art.  It only happens on a song-by-song basis.

Here the same problem. Since the latest build (.147) it is not happened yet, possible that the problem is solved?

Another issue: when my internet connection is slow, loading a library is not always succeed (time out), is it possible to give the load a little more time? (My library is 7.1 mb)
