Impossible import
« on: July 02, 2012, 03:39:36 pm »

I had to reinstall completely my WHS server with WHS 2011, due to a disk failure.
I had the capacity to recover all files that I put on another drive. I have tested directly sample files (flac mostly). They are all working.
I tried to import the files in brand new J RIVER installation based on the latest release (178).
None of my files was import.
Here is the log.

Thanks for your support

You might need to edit your auto import settings.

Done and checked.

Import only audio, and I verified that flac is imported.

If you manually deleted files, you may need to set the option to import them again.  It's in the same place.

I don't understand, what you are writing. Why deleting files ?
1. On the disk: never
2. within MC : they are not imported.

You log shows that the flac files can't be parsed. Perhaps you have a permissions problem with that F: drive? Is it possible the files are all bad (like the directory entry is there but the file size is 0 or they are garbage)?

Are you using a Drive Extender alternative, an add-in like StableBit's DrivePool for example?
