Got an error when trying to connect to my Nomad.

Other apps can connect with no problem.

Here's the MS info:

Our handheld specialist probably will answer this on Monday. Until then, you could try a search (above) for Nomad to find other messages that may help.

Which Nomad player are you connecting to, and what version of the Plug-in have you installed? Have you downloaded and installed the appropriate stand alone drivers for your player from Creative's site?

What Operating System are you running?

Sorry. Was a driver problem after all. I assumed (incorrectly) that because all my other software was connecting to the NJB properly, that my drivers were ok. After an incredibly painful exercise to finally get the latest drivers installed, MJ8 works with the NJB.

Still not interested in a JBDirect implementation to allow track numbers, eh? =)

Glad it worked out. Regarding JBDirect, we don't have anything against using JBDirect, its just not in our best interest to commit to them at this time.
