Playing music while working on files I am finding that Analyze Audio causes the playback to 'break-up' with drop-outs, stuttering, etc.
Oddly enough this does not occur during any other operations i.e.: importing, tagging, cover art look-up, and processor intensive operations including file conversion.
I can convert 4 files at once with no playback issues, use of other programs during playback also has no negative effects on playback. I can run the program Audio Tester on music files using all four cores with no playback degradation.
This playback issue only occurs during analysis using MC's Analyze Audio function.
This happens regardless of whether I set Analyze Audio to use 2 cores or all 4 cores.
Any suggestions?
