It's not a license problem like I thought it might be (thanks for being a long time customer!).
For the crash, the log you provided shows it's getting information for this file:
0022390: 2280: Import: GetVideoMetadata: Getting movie & TV info: F:\My TV\Greys Anatomy\Season 7\Greys.Anatomy.S07E01.HDTV.HebSub.XviD-www.DownCenter.me.avi
Then it does the internet lookup.
Then it crashes when it's writing values to the library:
0027296: 2280: Database: CDataHolder::Load: Field: Stack Top; Files: 35707; Pointer bytes: 25040; Data bytes: 4168; Elapsed ms: 2.160

I've never seen this. But I can think of a few things to try:
1) Make a fresh library backup first. Then restore a library backup from a few days ago (the program makes them automatically). Does that fix it? If so, please share the backup with me so I can see if there's some library corruption that causes a reproducible crash.
2) Rename the file listed above to .tmp (from .avi). Maybe there's something special about that file or internet data.
3) Turn off auto-import (this isn't a good long term solution, but it will stop it from crashing).
