Can't restore license [Solved]
« on: October 06, 2012, 08:07:51 am »

I just reinstalled my PC - new hard drive.  I installed V17 and tried to restore my license.  I got an expired message so did the online restore - but it appears that my email address is connected to a V12 license, not my newer V17 license.  So I need to get this fixed?  I have the original V17 license file saved if that is helpful?  Thanks.

I have done this several times!  When I ask for the registration code to be emailed to me I get a V12 license, not my V17 license.  My email address is obviously connected to the older license and not the newer one?

I just asked our system to e-mail you the licenses.  I used your forum e-mail address.

And I got the V12 registration code in email just as I did when I use the registration page.  I have a saved copy of my V17 mjr file when I upgraded but this one is expired so I can't use it. I can private mail it to you as proof of purchase??

I received your e-mail.  Both licenses were in it.  The formatting was odd so it was a single block of text.
