How to get JRiver to recognize FLAC files placed in music file?

I have FLAC files from my different computer. If I place move them directly in the music file on the hard drive of my other computer JRiver does not recognize they are there.
  What am I doing wrong?
  Any help is appreciated!

Check your autoimport settings.  Tools/Options/Import.  Select a directory and choose Edit.
