Win 8 Slow Scrolling through thumbnails on Series / Videos in the recent builds

Hello, in all recent builds all the way up to #103 i experience slow scrolling in video thumbnails and slow reaction times when performing mouse clicks on those files. This seems to happen only on views where i select List Styles -> Thumbnails. The last known working build for me is .90.

I'm using Windows 8 64 bit and i already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall / restoring library.
