Import and "bad" files
« on: January 07, 2013, 01:01:37 pm »

I very much like the feature of Media Center remembering files it could not import.  I have a file that as far as I know is a good file in a flac format.  Import ignores the file.  If I try and drag it from explorer, Media Center gives me the o with a line trough it (no good).  I'd like to try and see whats wrong with the file, but MC is ignoring it because it already tried and failed.  Is there a way to reset the list MC keeps as failed attempts either in part of in it's entirety?  Is the file editable?  It's a wonderful thing that files I have deleted once are remembered and not added back during an Import.  How would you import a filet if you changed your mind?

Thanks,

Larry Rup

When you import, one of the options is to import "previously deleted" files.

Changing the filename might work, too.
