Dear all,

I have just purchased my first music album from HDtracksand but I cannot download it.

From the download page, it ask me to install the latest version of the Download Manager. Trying to install that program I get the following error message:

The following module has failed to load:

..\InstallLauncher.exe

It has reported the following error:

Failed to load JRTools

Please reinstall the latest version of the program.


It seems like there is some problem with some JRiver module.
Could you please tell me what's going on here?

Try rebooting and reinstalling.

I have just found the source of the problem. The AVG anti-virus blocked the acccess to that JRiver module.

Deactivating the anti-virus did the trick, but I don't know if I will need to do that often on future occations.
