Access to PC Hardware Subforum?

For some reason I can't start a new topic or reply to a topic on the PC hardware subforum. I had some input for the "fastest computer to compile MC thread" but I can't reply to the thread.

Same thing with the Media Jukebox subforum. Very strange to have no problem with most of the forums but 2 random ones I don't have full access to.
