I am getting excellent SQ with a MBP running 10.7.5 into a W4S DAC2. Soundstage doesn't sound quite as deep with MC, but it has better definition compared to Amarra. The overall presentation is amazing, particularly a huge improvement playing Redbook rips in AIFF. The code is clearly rough, but I see great stuff on the horizon for the Mac version!
Lots of bugs, not sure where to post these. The two most annoying are:
1. Audio glitches about every 40 seconds. They seemed to start about 10 minutes into the listening session.
2. I can't exit MC without resorting to force quit (the Media Center control pull down turns blue instead of opening the pull down menu)
