I'm happy to report that a bug I reported in the main thread--clicking and popping during FLAC playback--seems totally resolved by "playing from memory" in the options menu. Listening now for an extended time and no adverse artifacts
I heard this on two systems: a 2011 Macbook Air and a 2012 i7 Mac Mini, both running the latest OSX and used with an Audioquest Dragonfly USB DAC and local (USB) disks.
The system would crackle and pop intermittently regardless of source (FLAC). This didn't happen with Decibel, so something is unoptimized somewhere in the alpha (which is not surprising in the slightest!). But the workaround seems to be fine so far!
