I own 2 pc's and I initially wanted to buy JRiver to use it on pc 2. However, I was for some reason not able to complete the purchase procedure on this pc (website didn't load after entering personal information). So I tried to use pc 1 to complete the purchase which worked. JRiver was automatically licensed on PC 1.
I tried to insert the purchase key on the trial startup screen of pc 2, but this screen for some reason didn't appear so I went to the help section and entered the purchase code. Now the program is licensed and I received an e-mail I had 9 restores left.
However, today I started the program on pc 1 and it again asked me for my registration code on the trial startup screen, as if it had never been registered. So I entered my registration code but then afterwards I received an e-mail mentioning that I had only 8 restores left.
How come I had to register the program twice on PC 1? I just want to avoid spending my restore credits unnecessarily.
