Migrate to new machine

Is there a way to easily move all settings from my existing server to a new one. Copy and paste a group of files perhaps?

Making a library backup on one PC and then restoring it on the other will restore settings as well.  Read carefully when you restore.

The wiki topic called "Moving Files" will also help.
