Again I want to preorder the new version and again I can not pay.
It is saying: There is a problem with your information. Please check and try again

This happens last year as well, and the year before that too! When will you fix this?
All my information in the form is very correct. But to be sure I have also try other ways.
For example phone: +47708400410, 0047708400410, 0708400410 and so on.
I did same last year. With no result. I donīt remember how I paid last year...
I have try with both Mastercard and Visa. Same result.
And I really by a lot of stuff over the internet every month. I have only problem with JRiver!!

Have you considered using Paypal?  The problem may be in the credit card approval system somewhere.  We're having a lot of successful transactions, so I don't believe it's our problem.

It is your problem for sure! I use the cards every were else without problem.

I don't know what the problem is, but we're not seeing it.  The path to your bank may be different than other sites use.  I can't tell you why it won't work, but Paypal might give you a reasonable workaround.
