Reinstallation Reset Request

Hi Jim

Could you please reset the number of installs that I am allowed to do for JRiver Media Center 18. I am currently experimenting with different setups of my audio system and then going back to restoring my laptop to its original configuration from an image file. When I do this I have to reinstall MC again and I am concerned that I am getting close to my permitted number of reinstalls. A reset would be much appreciated. Hope you will do this for me (I'm a good customer ... Already pre-ordered JRMC19!)

Let us know if you run out.  We don't do it before then.

Use the trial period for 30 days to extend your license.  Then use the Install Key for 14 days after a Restore.  

Use your MC18 license first since it won't work with MC19.

When you restore your license, you receive an email called 'temporary install key for ...'. The license file attached is valid for 14 days. When you do several reinstalls, you can reuse this license file as many times as you need on your own systems, for 14 days. So you do not need to do a license restore for 14 days.
