Hi,  I'm new to this forum and just bought a Meridian Director USB DAC for my iMac.  I'm playing around with MC18 and just trying to get the best experience with it.

One thing I have always wanted to do was to not only play audio, which JRiver, so far, seems to do pretty well, is also play my plethora of videos and have the sound still go through my DAC in 2 channel mode, obviously.  Since I use my Mac as casual use for watching videos and more serious video/movie watching through my larger home theater system.

Can MC 18 or the upcoming MC 19 do this?  If so, any assistance would be great.
