JRiver Media Center 19.0.53 NOSSE for Debian
bob:
Segfaults really fast on my home system.
Still plays flacs before segfaulting
Doesn't seem like the maximize/minimize buttons work
If you need to go backwards, it's simple to remove this one by doing
dpkg -r mediacenter
then reinstall the previous version.

tlcmd:
Just installed 19.0.53 into Linux Mint Debian Edition. Nothing, but when I endered "mediacenter" into the terminal, it finally brought up the MC 19 screen briefly. Tried ALT-F2 and got 3p3s7JMK2 file which, when opened told me to choose a file to append to the command.
The choices are a plethora of files starting with _0_4Gj and continuing to list files. I am now down to Zwdx2i and it is still running and listing more files with 0 bytes.
All of these have 0 bytes
Where do I go from here?
Media Center 19 is still not shown on my program index, but my Deb installer says it is installed.
Thanks,
tlcmd (aka Dick)
tlcmd:
Has anyone gotten MC 19 to run on a Linux Distro? If so, which one? I'd prefer a rolling Distro like the Linux Mint Debian Edition (mate) I am currently running.
Thanks,
tlcmd (aka Dick)

I saw that as well the first time I ran mediacenter. A blank window that looked like a Message Dialog with one blank button appeared.
Now when I run medaicenter I briefly get an Untitled Window appearing in the Unity menu bar.
