I previously mentioned that my firewalled computer unwittingly shutdown during the purchase process for the
upgrade ---due in great part to not being forewarned about this probability BEFORE authorizing the purchase.
Now,  how do I get a key e-mailed to me??? I do not want to go through the trouble of getting it through another
computer and transferring the thing to a floppy. No time. Should have been forewarned.

I don't understand, the connection was firewalled or the computer shut down during purchase? In either case your credit card wasn't charged, and you haven't purchased yet. I'd suggest an outgoing hole in the firewall, unless it is a publically available machine.
