Can not register upgrade to 19
« on: October 24, 2013, 01:57:26 pm »

I purchased a registration for 19 prior to it being out and installed 18.  18 show registered.  I originally had problems getting 19 to work correctly but those were resolved by upgrading to Maverick.  However I now have 18 and 19 installed.  18 still show registered but i can not seem to get 19 registered.  I tried installing my original registration key but it tell me registration link is having a problem communicating with the license server.  I tried generating a new mjr code but when I double click on it asks what program I want to use to load it.

Help!

I tested your license ending with "-NX6D8" and it worked OK here.  Just use the purchase/registration item on the program's help menu and copy and paste your code into it.  Or if you're seeing the Media Center "trial period expired" pop-up, click the Restore License button and copy/paste your code.

I have cut and pasted it a number of times and seemed to have used up most of my restores with no result.  It still says I am unregistered.  Its obviously communicating as my restores are going down quickly.

Try installing this version, if you haven't:

Are you using Mavericks?

We reset restores when needed.  Just post here.
