Hi

I am getting the gray screen with the error Problem with Web Browser, Download latest version of MC after creating a link to external web site and trying to navigate to the url via Link option.

I already have latest version of MC installed 19.0.67

Windows 8
Explorer 10
Version 0.9200.167231

** Update** since restart, I now can only see manage links from Tools>Links

Any help appreciated.

Try both browser engines.  MC can use IE or Chrome.  It's in the settings.  Search for "browser" in the search window there.

Changed over to Chrome as suggested, but I dont have anything other than manage links showing from Tools>Links

I restarted MC before trying again, any other suggestions?

Links only show up in some views.  See the attached image for what you see in the Audio view.

What happens if you click on Manage Links?

Hi Jim

Now seeing the links, however when I try to load a custom link I added, I get the gray screen with the error message, this is the same in IE & Chrome.
