19.0.54 Lock/Unlock buttons broken?

Here, pressing Lock causes the Play button to flash, and does not lock the playlist: http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/7441/bz27.png.

The Unlock button fails likewise.

Does it work for other users?

No such problem on 19.0.67.

Suggestion: remedy the changelog's omission of this fix.
