I have a problem with work JR 17. When you run the program and start to use it, the program stops working error appears such as in the picture. I tried to reboot and reinstall the program but still does not work.

Try uninstalling, removing the registry entries, rebooting and reinstalling.  You can then restore a library backup under File/Library.

I uninstalled and re-installed the program. I also deleted the audio library. When I do import library, the program stops working. When I go to file-open media file, and so load one file from the hard disc, then the program is running normally. So, the problem is when I want to load all the files from the hard disc.

Try importing a single filetype at a time, or a single directory.  It could be a corrupt file.

You could try the trial version of MC19.

I tried with MC 19 and the same problem. Constantly program crashes and stops working.
