I use Number Plays and Skips in a Auto Rating system.

[PlaysPerMonth] - [SkipsPerMonth]


But this system and the 2 values it's based on (number Plays/Skips) are hampered by my curiosity when trying to tag an unfamiliar track. I have to play or Skip a track to hear what the track is, what tags to assign e.t.c. In dealing with this over the years i'v tended to Skip the track and then jump play the track to even out the implicit inaccuracy a quick review of  a track causes. I feel these 2 fields were designed with "Listening Mode" in mind only and "Tagging Mode" (these are my modes lol) was not considered.

I would like to request a simple check box in Customize view settings called "Don't count plays/skips"
