Turn Autoplay off?
« on: December 31, 2013, 11:39:54 am »

I have selected "Do Nothing" for all three under the Auto Play menu but it still opens up the file when I insert a Bluray.  Is there something else I need to change?

It had "play blu ray using Media Center".  I changed it to take no action.  Thanks!

Love the search function, searched for "autoplay" and the first thread was this one and my problem was the same and was resolved in the same manner.  Never would have thought to look there and was tired of blaming MC19 for my problem.

Thanks!

Actually Autoplay is a security risk, so it is not a bad idea, when you get a new Windows PC:

Go to Control Panel -> AutoPlay

and and uncheck the checkbox on the top "Use Autoplay...." and click Save.
