FLAC Converter Failing

FLAC converter in MC19.0.67 is failing from wav files.  wav to mp3 worked fine.  Identify tracks to convert, have all setting correct, when I hit convert it goes through files rapidly all of which "Failed".

Did you try checking if your destination folder is write protected??
