I am concerned about support for this product. What would have happened if I hadn't been able to figure it out? Is there truly nowhere to turn besides this forum?
For the record, a manual uninstall of all locations (AppData is the primary thing the uninstaller leaves behind, along with a few license-related Registry keys) was
going to be my next suggestion, but you figured it out before I got there.
Unlike other software-support forums you may have encountered, this forum is
actively monitored by JRiver staff (JimH is the CEO and founder of the company), and this is a fantastic place to get support in many cases. There is also decent information available in the
Troubleshooting Guide on the wiki (though it needs additional information added, like manual uninstall instructions, the basics are very good).
