I just purchased JR 19. I did not know the key was installed automatically.  Therefore, I entered the key into the 1 and only PC that the JR software resides.  I now have received the following message via email: "You have recently restored a licence for Media Center 19 Windows. There are 10 restores available in each 12 month period. There are 9 restores remaining at this time." This is NOT correct.  How can I get in contact with JR staff to correct this?  Thanks.
