Hello there,
Hope you can help.
I purchased MC for my MacBook Air approx' 10 days ago (OSX 10.9.2)
I've upgraded it to 19.0.122, via your link and followed all the correct processes.
But...it intermittently asks me to restore the licence or extend trial period, despite previously showing 'installation complete'
and it working fine.
There seems to be no consistent reason why it isn't loading or period of time when it is working fine,
but now I am working through my licences..

Any ideas?

Do you have a license for the Mac version?  A PC license won't work.

If you run out of restores, we can fix that.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it's a Mac license and loads up fine, 85% of the time.
That's the strange thing.
I'll have another go following your link and keep an eye on progress.
