Is there any other way to stream data to xperia z1 as Gizmo does not work

More info would help.
What data are you attempting to stream?
bubble upnp offers streaming for android but it will ultimately still come down to the specifics of your situation.
The other thought I'd offer up is the OS build may be relevant, e.g.:

will not play all movies but I guess that is down to codecs.
Dont know why gizmo would not play.
